Because good youth ministry doesn't just happen

About YMtoday.com

YMtoday.com is devoted to serving volunteer and professional youth ministers by providing them with instant access to a myriad of free resources: from curriculum to mission trips, from wild-and-crazy games to experiential prayer practices, from dramas and talk outlines to technology and management tools. New resources are added weekly.

YMtoday.com also equips youth workers for ministry and feeds their spirit with articles from the leaders in youth ministry from across the country. This is a place for them to find free training, encouragement, and support — for themselves, volunteers, parents, and student leaders.

YMtoday.com is an initiative of the Center for Youth Ministry Training (CYMT) and the Lilly Foundation. The CYMT is a non-profit corporation based in Brentwood, Tennessee, dedicated to equipping, encouraging, and empowering adults who work with young people in the church or parachurch. CYMT staff members oversee the operations of YMtoday.com.

YMtoday.com funding comes from the Lilly Foundation, which is the world’s largest corporate contributor to religious causes. Lilly has funded a great deal of research in adolescent faith formation over the past decade, and providing free, bite-sized, user-friendly access to that information is why this site was created. Advertise with Us

YMtoday is committed to connecting youth ministers to products and services offered to them that will provide them with better results than they could get trying it all on their own. We offer many for free online, but we also hope youth ministers will choose to pay for products and services that will magnify their efforts and free their time and energy to focus more on their relationships with God and kids.

So we see advertisers as more than just revenue-generators to help sustain our ministry to youth leaders — we also see them as partners who can provide youth leaders with the tools they need to be more effective in ministry.
